This article examines a specific strength that playing sports provides athletes. Learning how to interact with teammates and taking responsibility of certain actions and decisions helps people develop leadership skills. |

In this article, Marylin explores the distinct characteristics a person that has the opportunity to play a sport since young develops. Not only does the sport help boost a person's self-esteem emotionally and physically, but it also helps create a network that will always share a common bond/subject.
What Eleanor portrays in this article is the likelihood of athletes in high school to actually finish school than non-athletes. This is mainly due to the motivation that sports give students to go to school. (Specifically when they are participating in school sports. This website describes the importance of discipline not only in sports, but also in the real world. People that are used to having this type of discipline since a young age generally do better in life when it comes to jobs and life commitments. |
